Delivery Returns: All our cupcakes and cakes are baked to order, and therefore we do not accept returns. If you are dissatisfied with the condition or quality of your order upon arrival, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving it. Sweet Petal Cupcakes reserves the right to determine the appropriate course of action. We cannot accept responsibility for any concerns raised after this time.
